How do you grade your used items?

All used items are graded under strict condition guidelines.  There are 2 grades for used items (Like New & Very Good) and every item will also have detailed condition information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
 
Shipping

What items are eligible free standard shipping and multiple item discounts?
All orders $25.00 and above shipping to a domestic destination are eligible for free shipping.
In addition, all items in our store shipping to a domestic destination are eligible for multiple item discounts as low as $.99 per an item when you order 3 or more items.  Refer to Shipping Information for more details.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders (domestic and international) will be processed within 24 business hours of order date and time.  Note: orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any National Holiday will be processed on the next business day.  
All domestic orders placed by 1 pm PST M-F ship the same business day. 

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes.  All domestic orders will be shipped with a FREE tracking number.  You will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation E-mail.  

In addition, you can track your package at any time by logging into your GoPeachy.com account.
In the "Track your recent orders" section, find the particular order you want to track and click "View Details."  On the Order Details page, click the tracking number for your order.  The latest Tracking Information for your order will be displayed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We provide delivery estimates at checkout for all domestic orders. The shipping time estimate ranges will be more precise when you provide your zip code at checkout.  International order delivery time frames can be found in the International Shipping Times and Rates section on our Shipping Information page.  Shipping time ranges are estimates only and are not a guarantee that the order will arrive in that time frame.  However, from our experience 95% of the packages will arrive on time based on the shipping time range.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

What if I need to return an item?
All items are returnable within 30 Days of receipt for a full refund.
Please email us at customerservice@gopeachy.com to help facilitate the return and we will E-mail return instructions. 
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We guarantee all of our products against defects or material differences.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and need to return an item, we will issue you a full refund including shipping cost both ways.

How do I cancel an order?
Please email us at customerservice@gopeachy.com and make the subject line "Cancellation Request".  Also, please include your order number in the E-mail.  If the order has not already been shipped, we will cancel your order.  If your order has already been shipped, you may return the order when it arrives for a full refund.  Please see Store Policies for details on our Return Policy.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).


International Orders

Will your DVDs and Blue-rays play on my DVD and player?
All of the DVDs GoPeachy.com sells are Region 1 (US & Canada).  International customers should only purchase DVDs if they have a DVD player that can play Region 1 DVDs.  All of the Blue-ray discs GoPeachy.com sells are Region A/1 [ North America (except Greenland), South America, East Asia (except China and Mongolia) & South East Asia].  International customers should only purchase Blue-rays if they have a Blue-ray player that can play Region A/1 Blue-rays.

Can I pay with a major credit card and are there any currency conversion fees?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card.
We accept 6 currencies when payment is made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card:

For all currencies except U.S. Dollars, there will be a 2.5% currency conversion fee assessed.  To avoid this fee, please pay in U.S. dollars or by PayPal.

With Paypal, you may pay for purchases in one of the 25 currencies listed above and the payment is automatically converted to your desired currency.  There is no need to hold a balance in another currency to send a payment and there are no currency conversion fees.
